Program Panel

Introduction

  • Planning → Programs panel → Gantt → Click on the ID of the required program→ Program panel

  • Click on the plus button in the user menu → Click on Program → New Program → Program panel

  • Planning → Portfolios panel → Strategic Analysis → Click on the New Programbutton in the action bar → Program panel

Alternative Introduction

  • There are several ways to access the desired planning object or portfolio panel and its associated modules:

    • via Quick Access in the user menu (My Objects and Favorites)

    • via the Global Search function in the user menu (Direct Entry)

    • via links on planning objects or portfolios in various modules


Information

  • The Program panel contains view and editing modules for the selected program.

  • Whether data in the modules can only be viewed or whether it can be edited as well depends on the user rights.

  • If the Dashboard module contains data, it will be focused when opening the Program panel, otherwise the Program Core Data module will be focused.
