Introduction

• 
  

• Planning→ Projects (Programs) panel → Click on the ID of the required project (program) → Project (Program) panel → Status → Click on the Configure Trend Analysis button in the Status Reports area → Configure Trend Analysis

• Planning → Projects panel → Click on the ID of the required project → Project panel → Infoboard → Click on the Configure Trend Analysis button in the action bar → Configure Trend Analysis

Information

• This module is a dialog module.

• In this module you have the option to select the status reports which are to be used for different trend analyses (modules see under Details) or for a comparison of the planning states.

Procedure

• For status reports that you want to be

  • taken into account in the cost, effort, risk, and opportunity analysis, activate the Cost trend analysis checkbox.

  • taken into account in the milestone or master milestone trend analysis, activate the Milestone Trend Analysis checkbox.

  • compared with the latest status in the Deviations module, activate the Milestone Trend Analysis checkbox.

Note

• If the selected project is a structured project, the checkboxes must be activated for the required report at all project levels (in the main project and in all subprojects).
