Information

  • This module provides an overview of the assignment of the employees of other departments in projects of their own departments for the department manager.

Which employees from other departments have worked for me?

The following will be displayed from the first person perspective of the logged-on department manager in this particular hierarchic order:

  • Resources (internal/external employees) of external departments who have worked for projects of my department,

    • Projects of my department for which resources of external departments have worked (only regular projects, no overhead cost projects),

      • Tasks of the projects of my department for which resources of external departments have worked,

        • Actual hours recorded by resources of external departments on projects of my department.

  • Resources of external departments are those resources the cost center of which is not the cost center of the projects of my department.

  • Recorded actual hours are displayed for a period going back one year from the first day of the previous month until today. The display of the time scale will automatically be reduced to the display of existing data.
