Information

This module displays Cost Budget, Planned Costs, Actual Costs, Remaining Costs, and Total Costs, as well as cost deviations of the projects — grouped by various criteria such as project groups, customer/group/manager, cost centers, or Cost Type Groups.

Depending on the grouping, the data is taken from the current plan or from the most recently released status report.

Module Header

The projects to be displayed in this module can be filtered using object filters.

If there already is an object filter, it can be selected from the listbox on the Filter field. After clicking on the Apply changes button, only projects which correspond to the filter are displayed.

You can edit existing object filters or create new ones in the Object Filter module which is opened via the Edit filter button.

If an object filter is selected in one of the modules which use object filters, it automatically takes effect in all other modules with object filters as well.

Data

Module variant Groups:
-
In the sum area, budget and cost data of all filters are displayed summarized according to the projects.

At group level, the budget and cost data of the respective group are displayed. They are the summarized values from all corresponding projects.

At project level (display by extending the tree structure), budget and cost data of the projects from the current planning will be shown.

At project level, the Total costs - budget deviation and % deviation costs: budget-total fields have an associated traffic light indicator.

A level lower, if available, the data from the most recently released status report (DT823) of the respective project is offered for comparison.

Module Variant Customer, Group, and Manager:
-
In the sum area, the sum values of all projects are output.
-
At the grouping levels (customer → group → manager), the aggregated values of the respective level are displayed.

At project level (displayed by unhiding the lowest grouping level), the values of the respective project from the current planning will be displayed.

A level lower, if available, the data from the most recently released status report (DT823) of the respective project is offered for comparison.

Module Variant Cost Centers:

In the sum area, Costs Budget/Planned/Actual/Remaining/Total of all displayed projects are displayed as a sum.

Underneath the cost values are displayed segmented by the respective cost centers.

Module Variant Cost Type Groups:

In the sum area, effort and budget data is displayed summed over all cost type groups.

Directly underneath, the sum values for cost budget and total costs are displayed in the form of pie charts segmented by cost type groups.

By unhiding the tree structure of the respective cost type group, the corresponding projects are displayed.

Notes

For structured projects, the summarized values of the entire project structure will be displayed.

By clicking on the link in the Report status field of the required status report, the respective status report will be opened in the Status Report module.
