Access

• Resource Management → Department Planning → Department Board panel → My Department → Click on the New button (for the Base module variant)
• Resource Management → Department Planning → Department Board panel → My Department → Click on the With "Read” status button (for the Approval Exceedance, which is Marked as "Read" module variant)

Note

• This module is only available if the global Resource requests/approvals setting is activated.
• If there already are resource requests/approvals, the module will still be displayed even if the global Resource requests/approvals is deactivated.

Information

• In this module, the department manager can see the projects in which the defined approval limit is exceeded.
• If the approval exceedance is no longer to be displayed, you can mark them as "read".

Module Variants

Details

• In window 1, the projects in which the approval limit has been exceeded are displayed along with their tasks.
  • For each project/task, the approval values and the actually planned values are displayed.
• In window 2, these values are displayed below the time scale.
  • The Remaining load values which exceed the approval limit will be displayed in red.
• By activating the read checkbox, approval exceedance can be marked as "read".
  • If an approval exceedance is marked as read, it will be moved to the Approval exceedance which is marked as "read" module variant in the Approval Exceedance module.
  • The exceedance will then neither be displayed as a traffic light on the Remaining load field and the counter in the Number of projects with approval exceedance: will be adjusted.
  • If the approval limit is exceeded again by the project manager in another time grid, the approval exceedance is displayed as "new" again.

• The limit for approval exceedance can be configured in the My Department module in the Approval can be exceeded by (limit in %):.
